Movement
Reformer at Haleʻiwa and Pupukea. Yoga and spin at Waialua. Every class adaptable to every level.
The Recovery Den — Waialua
Sauna, cold plunge and contrast therapy in a candlelit room off the lobby — with the Den Health Bar waiting on the other side of the door.
Our why
Our daily therapy is high-intensity, low-impact movement. Time in a piping hot sauna followed by an icy plunge. Laughing with friends. The occasional reminder that doing hard things on purpose somehow makes the rest of life feel a little easier — especially when done in community.
Reformer, spin, yoga, sauna and cold plunge. Each adapts to every level. Each has its own personality. All of them have the same Den feel: the vibe of yoga, the music of spin, the precision of Pilates. Warm and clear, and still designed to kick your ass. All to music that makes you want to dance. Played loud.
Community
Somewhere along the way it became The Den. A community of people who show up. Laugh. Challenge themselves. Miss a few days without deciding they’ve ruined everything.
People turn up for the workout. Most of them stay for whoever was on the next machine. The best part was never how well they did a particular movement, but who they did it with.
